Welcome to my cottage on the lake! Only 25 minutes drive from Fredericton on a private lake and lots of space to relax in comfort. A glass of wine on the deck or dock, maybe a swim or an attempt at paddle boarding? Enjoy a bonfire before bed if weather permits but one thing is guaranteed, falling asleep to the sound of the loons. It doesn't get more "Canadian" than that eh!? P.S. We are a Catholic family with 3 loud kids. Your kids are welcome above the 2 person guest limit, but it may be cramped. Located walking distance from the university & hospital. 4 minute walk from a 10 minute bus ride to uptown. No pets, no smoking or drugs, no overnight guests. We don't charge BS cleaning fees. All other fees are from airbnb. Light breakfast items available, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, selection varies. You may use the BBQ.
