Nella casa troverete due kayak, 4 posti al mare con letti da spiaggia, una cassapanca con maschere, pinne e giochi , ombrelloni ,teli da mare e frigo box portatile per le vostre giornate in spiaggia. C'è anche la possibilità di organizzare delle gite giornaliere con una barca a vela.

In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! The house is located in a residence in front of the park "i giardini di via fiume", in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. The Margine Rosso beach (Poetto firs part) is two minutes by car or can be reached on foot via a path in about twelve minutes. While the other beautiful beaches of south / east Sardinia can be reached in 20/30 minutes by car.
