The place is very quiet, surrounded by pine trees which provide a lot of natural shade and breeze and it's just 5 minutes walk to the beach. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
