It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also, the apartment has a washer/dryer. The condo features a pool, gym, tennis court, mini-market, and private beach access. The studio can be converted into two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is of the city. Only one parking space is available with security.
