A utility room (5m²) with washing machine. SECOND FLOOR: A bedroom (12m²) with a double bed 160 with a straircase which goes down to an exterior patio. A bedroom (9m²) with a double bed 140. A bedroom (12m²) with 2 single beds 90 (access through the 2nd bedroom) A bathroom (6m²) with 2 sinks, angle bathtub and shower. A separate toilet. Security deposit: 500€; Maximum number accommodated for sleeping: 6 people End of stay cleaning fee €160 Baby equipment on request (baby cot and high chair) House linen included (sheets, bath towels, table cloths and kitchen towels). You must bring your pool towels. Electricity according to low season consumption (from the 3rd week of September to the 2nd week of June inclusive). Pets are not allowed. Extra fee : 35€/animal Tourist tax: The price is 5% of the price of the night (night) per occupant (with a maximum of 2.30 €). This rate is then increased by 10% in respect of the additional departmental tax. All bedrooms are upstairs. The charming house is thus not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
