Located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Mar Chiquita, one of Puerto Rico's loveliest beaches, this is the perfect couple's getaway. There is no TV, giving you the chance to unplug & relax. Spend the day at the beach or try one of the many restaurants & food trucks around. 10-15 minutes to the Premium Outlets, Walmart, Marshall's, and the Expreso 22 road. Note: We have 2 security cameras, one on each corner of the porch roof facing the driveway. They will be on during your stay.

Welcome to this cute and cozy second floor apartment. Placed between Condado and Isla Verde, it’s at only steps from the beach, restaurants, pubs and convenience stores. We offer private entrance, full kitchen, A/C on bedroom, WiFi, Disney +, Hulu and Netflix. The airport and Old San Juan are only 15 mins. away from our place and there is access to Uber and public transportation. If you prefer to bring a car there is parking space in the street.

Coconut Studio is a small, cozy, and fully equipped space, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the entire west coast. The studio has solar panels in case of power outages and a great location: 10 minutes from beaches like Crash Boat and Punta Borinquen, 15 minutes from Isabela, and close to Rincón.
