Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It features lovely green areas and parking if you come by car. The swimming pool, shared with the rest of the homes, is oriented towards the sea with breathtaking views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although Tenerife has very good weather, our pool is heated all year round.

The white and blue fisherman-style apartment on the fifth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), is newly refurbished, near the harbour, old town and beach.
