This apartment is inspired by Mediterranean vibes and has an big terrace door that gives the apartment a bright light throughout the day. The living room area is decorated with a fireplace that at the moment is not active yet. The rooms don’t have doors and are all connected in one big spacious studio apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fresh towels and basic bath essentials are provided. In front of the apartment there is a terrace that is a shared space with other apartment.

Apartman se nalazi u mirnom kvartu u blizini svih sadržaja. Centar grada je udaljen 10 minuta hoda, željeznička stanica je udaljena 5 minuta hoda. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe (bračni krevet), kuhinje, kupaonice, ostave i velike terase. Opremljen za ugodan boravak na kraće, ali i duže vrijeme. Mogućnost smještaja i treće osobe na kauč. U stanu je dostupan 5G brzi internet. U objektu se nalazi prijenosni krevet za bebe. Prostor je klimatiziran. Imamo prostor za sigurno čuvanje Vaših bicikla.

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.
