A large and cosy two-room apartment on the top floor above rooms to satisfy short, middle or long term stays. There is a double room, a homely living room with a kitchen nook where n.2 beds can be added, a hall and a closet, and it is provided with exclusive services. The kitchenette is fully equipped, the whole apartment is air-conditioned and there is LCD TV and Wi-Fi Internet connection. The window of the living room offers a nice view of the park. La Meridiana – Holiday Rooms and Apartments is in a newly renovated building, where guests have a choice of rooms with en suite or shared bathroom facilities, in a warm, cosy and discrete atmosphere. Rooms are technologically equipped and have all comforts: air conditioning, LCD TV in all rooms, Wi-Fi, and possibility to pay by credit card. An attic apartment is also available with four beds, a living room, a kitchen nook, a double room and exclusive service. The facility is surrounded by a wide park with forest trees and inside parking. We provide comfortable accommodation in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where guests can organize their travel at best. We try to combine the efficiency and functionality of a Hotel with the comfort, peace and friendliness of a bed and breakfast or a farm house. Guests have full autonomy and independence: access is allowed 24 hours a day and the maximum flexibility is offered in order to face guests’s check-in and check-out needs. GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! I LIVE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR HORSES. NO PARTY!
