It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos, near the village square, which has two tavernas, a traditional coffee shop, two gift shops and a playground. Lafkos also has a third taverna off the square, a bakery, a butcher, two mini markets with fresh produce, and a cafe all within easy reach.

Πρόκειται για διώροφη παραδοσιακή Πηλιορείτικη κατοικία 100 τ.μ. με θέα στο Αιγαίο που κόβει την ανάσα. Βρίσκεται μέσα στο χωριό Προμύρι. Η κατασκευή της χρονολογείται περίπου στις αρχές της δεκαετίας του 1930. Το 2008 ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως διατηρώντας όλα τα παραδοσιακά χαρακτηριστικά της.
