Cozy Quarters offers a delightful home away from home. After unloading in the convenient carport, you’ll find our place is clean & comfortable with the amenities you’re accustomed to. Also featured is a dedicated work space for business travelers who will treasure the location, central to downtown yet tucked away on a dead end street. It’s also just a short drive to all the attractions the lakes have to offer. A quiet backyard is perfect for an early cup of coffee before starting your day.

"My Happy Place"- Hot Tub & Lake Views

"My Happy Place" at Lake Barkley is a great opportunity to getaway with that special someone for a little rest and relaxation. Enjoy the lake views, hot tub, or the quite time together sitting on the deck. Please be aware this is a 600 square feet, one bedroom cottage and it is connected to a second unit that has a separate entrance. The hot tub is exclusively used by guests in "My Happy Place." NO BOAT DOCK at this home. (Mineral Mound State Park boat ramp and Kuttawa Marina are close.)

Welcome to the lake! We’re located less than a mile from the public boat ramp by vehicle or boat, making it easy to get out on the water. While we live on the 1st level, we give you complete privacy—though we love meeting new people and saying a quick hello if we cross paths! ​Feel free to hang out and enjoy the shared patio, grills, and firepit area. We want you to feel right at home and truly relax. Need to catch up on emails? There's a dedicated work desk and office chair ready for you.

The house features nice bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and dining area. There is a concrete patio outback with a fenced yard. Venture River water park is only minutes away. We welcome travelers, fishermen, and hunters to stop by our house in a very quiet neighborhood situated only minutes from boating, fishing, hunting and swimming areas.

Seclusion with the Lake a step away....

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
