The house is equipped with A/C and offers 1 bedroom with a separate bathroom on ground floor and and 2 bedrooms on the first floor also with a separate bathroom. The roof terrace and the spacious garden provide plenty space to relax. With 3 pools in the condominium and the 200m distant beach all prerequisites for relaxing holidays are in place :)
