This cosy and charming house is on the edge of the stunning Black Mountains, close to the beautiful River Wye, as well as being central for the cultural and culinary comforts of Hay on Wye on its doorstep. It offers the perfect location for both an outdoor-orientated break of cycling, hiking, canoeing and fishing, and for visitors to the world famous literary festival. This newly furnished town house sleeps up to 4 adults and 3 children with 2 king size beds and a bunk-bed that sleeps 3 children

The brick front is just a facade - behind is a timber-framed cottage, built with massive beams stolen from the old castle. The interior is practically unchanged since the mid-sixteenth century and has been lovingly restored using traditional methods and materials. It oozes history and character (wood burning stoves for the winter and an outside loo in the yard) but is equipped with many modern facilities too. The town is a delight and the location superb for walking, cycling, watersports, etc

The perfect place to stay as a couple or by yourself when visiting Hay. From the Tiny Townhouse it is only a short walk up Brook St to the centre of town passing Booths Cinema. Closer to home is The Globe, an old converted chapel turned Restaurant. The house is very cosy yet modern with an open plan ground floor with kitchen whilst the upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed & a large walk in shower in the bathroom. At the back of the property there is access for bike storage.

Cantre Selyf is a large 17th century townhouse in the centre of the old market town of Brecon. The house has been extensively renovated in a style which suits the age of the property, stylish yet comfy. It is in a quiet location off the main street in the town and has a very large walled garden which our guests are welcome to share. Guest accommodation is in a wing of the house which is completely self contained.

Charming Grade II Listed Georgian townhouse, situated in the heart of Montgomery. The property is ideally located for people wanting to explore the Welsh Borders and surrounding counties. Close to Shrewsbury, Ludlow and numerous National Trust properties. Colomendy retains virtually all of its original features which includes exposed oak floorboards throughout the property which are uneven in places.
