A lovely 2 bedroom open plan 2nd floor apartment. Great location just 4 minutes walk to Crooklets Beach, pub & beach cafes. 6 minutes walk (either road or beach path) into town and Summerleaze Beach. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle.
