A shared public 2,000 sqft game room with half bath, music, TV, games:, foosball, ping pong, corn hole darts. Pet charge is a one time fee of $35/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

A private rustic driveway takes you past the "Wild & Scenic" Feather River, into the mountains to this peaceful getaway, just 1.5 miles from town. Close to groceries & restaurants, a great base camp!

In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer and coffee. The mountain tap water is great to drink. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a Fire TV set up for streaming shows. Another Fire TV is in the bedroom. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Meyers Ranch Homestead Cabin - Hot Spring

Words and pictures don't do this place justice. This beautiful cabin, with pine interior and gorgeous views, has its own lawn and private patio. You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) The ranch is a great place for hiking, star gazing, relaxing at the water's edge or enjoying the country life. The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure.
