"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Tiene dos habitaciones y dos baños con ducha, cocina y habitación de lavado. Con pequeños electrodomésticos (batidora, exprimidor, tostadora, cafetera Nespresso, calentador de agua), microondas, lavadora, secadora, plancha, aspirador, dos secadores de pelo, aire acondicionado, calefacción, WiFi. Parking y zonas comunes con piscina.

In unserem tollen Strandhaus läßt es sich herrlich am Pool chillen, an den Strand gehen und ein leckeres Barbecue genießen. Abends kann man schön auf der großen Terrasse sitzen, mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Unser Haus ist perfekt ausgerichtet. Tagsüber, wenn es heiß ist, kann man auf der vorderen Terrasse (im Schatten) aufs Meer gucken oder hinten auf der anderen Terrasse in der Sonne am Pool liegen. So gibt es immer für jeden ein schattiges oder sonniges Plätzchen.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

This nice apartment consists of a large living room with a 20 meter terrace and a good equipped kitchen (blender, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave). It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The accomodation is cozy and well furnished, with charming views on a garden and pool on one side and a field on the other side. The residence is very pleasant, quiet with a large swimming pool. Can Riera está situada en el este de la isla en la tranquila zona residencial de Cala Anguila a 2 Km del puerto de Manacor: Porto Cristo. La casa se encuentra en un vecindario familiar autóctono e internacional. A pie se llega en escasos 3 minutos a las dos calas pequeñas de aguas turquesas y dotadas por acceso peatonal y con coche así como de bar y aseos.
