The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Rock ferry runs regularly to the famous fishing town of Padstow which offers excellent places to eat. Also nearby is the surfing beach of Polzeath. A short drive away is Port Isaac, home to the Fisherman's Friends and Doc Martin. Pityme Pub a 2 min walk, offers food including breakfast The property has a mini fridge, sink, kettle and toaster.

Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.
