Recent complete remodel with new fixtures, glass showers, new furniture, etc. Large screen TV downstairs set up for your own personal theater experience. 25' x 50' deck features outdoor furniture, a dining table, fire-table and stainless steel barbeque. Sleeps up to 10 people in super comfy new beds.

Nestled between city and nature, Pt Defiance Quarters overlooks the Puget Sound at the entrance to 5 mile drive. Enjoy coffee on the covered porch while watching the ferry come in! Unwind in this bright, spacious studio, sleeping in the cozy, queen size bed. Less than a mile away you’ll find the Pt Ruston waterfront – enjoy a movie, eat, shop, play. An even shorter walk in the other direction will take you to our award winning zoo, beautiful rose and dahlia gardens, and peaceful duck pond.

Shipwatch Suite

Welcome to beautiful, historic Gig Harbor! Shipwatch suite offers beautiful views from every window, private patio and back yard. You're surrounded by views of the Narrows Bridges, Puget Sound, Tacoma and breath taking Mt. Rainer! You have your own private, lower ground level suite with a separate entrance using a secure key pad. A very spacious 1,000 sq.ft. which includes 2 bedrooms that are at opposite sides of the suite, 1 bath, family room, dining area and separate kitchenette.

Walk to the waterfront! The South Sound Suite

Designed to meet all your needs and put your mind at ease, the South Sound Suite offers a relaxing stay just up from the waterfront in Tacoma. This studio is brand new featuring a king bed, kitchen, and loft! Cozy up and stay in or explore. Just a 8 min walk to our neighborhood delightful market and a 15 min walk away is the Pt. Ruston waterfront, a lively, family-friendly destination featuring shopping, entertainment, an indoor public market open daily with local vendors, and dining.

Secluded Serenity Cottage

Your journey to serenity is a lovely 5-to-8-minute walk down a historic hillside to the secluded community of Sunrise Beach. Walking down the private driveway you may see a family of deer on your left when you pass the Historical Marker. As you walk past the houses and cabins on the waterfront, you might be reminded of Silverstein’s charming “Where the Sidewalk Ends.” The reward for your journey will be the treasure waiting for you at “the prettiest cottage on the beach.”

You’ll feel like you’ve been pulled into a mid century lounge and spa with a cocktail/espresso bar. Get lost in a stunning bathroom with walk-in, side-by-side dual shower heads & extremely deep soaking tub. The master suite has a cozy queen bed and large screen SMART TV & DVD player - along with a mid century desk/office space. The guest room has a twin bed. This owner occupied, 2 bedroom, downstairs suite is located in the North End Tacoma, Proctor & Ruston area.

Welcome to Gig Harbor! Enjoy everything the bustling downtown area has to offer in a prime location- just one block off the waterfront. Our four bedroom, three bath home has fantastic harbor views and is very close to shopping, restaurants, kayak rentals, sailing marinas- you name it! Home entertainment is covered too- with our 75" TV, blazing fast mesh-network WiFi, Nintendo Switch, foosball table, and toys, games, and puzzles. We look forward to welcoming you!

* The cabin is close to the park, hiking trails, boat launch boat and bike rentals. You’ll love my place because of the views, being right on the private beach and the quiet peninsula.
