There are two bedrooms a bathroom including bath and shower. There’s a comfy corner sofa and large open plan living area to cook and eat together, relax and watch a movie. Take breakfast on the balcony. During the day enjoy the patio and lunch outside or lounge in the sun. The hot tub makes for a perfect evening wind down.

We are now taking booking for the well known Christmas Market in York which start 14th November, The Lodges is located on a quiet park 10 mile from York city center near Wilberfoss and the up and coming town of Pocklington on a direct bus route in to York. The lodge is of very high standard with all the home comforts, two outside decking and dining arears including a garden. You can relax in the luxury Spa Hot tub whilst gazing at the stars and enjoying an unpolluted dark sky. No smoking

The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.
