It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

We welcome you to relax and enjoy the lovely views of Mount Edgcumbe country park and Plymouth boat marina. In the summer we recommend passing the time watching the glorious sunsets from your private balcony.

Double bedroom with adjoining wet room and kitchenette, five minutes walk from the Royal Wiliam Yard and passenger ferries to the Barbican, Mount Edgcumbe and Saltash. Fifteen minutes walk from the continental ferry port. Free on-street parking & private entrance accessed by key lock. It is also possible to arrange the accommodation with two, single beds ( 2ft 6ins ) instead of a double.
