Welcome to 17 on Severn-A comfortable and quiet space for you to relax in and have a very good nights sleep. We are close to Constantiaberg Medi Clinic and Melomed Clinic. As well as the US Embassy. Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Easy access to both the M5 and M3 for commuting to the CBD and out to the beautiful wineland. We hope you enjoy your stay in our quiet neighborhood.

Private and comfortable apartment

My place is midway between Muizenberg and the City center. Public transport options are numerous: train, bus and taxi and of course Uber will get you anywhere! I offer a perfect spot that positions you between the City and V&A Waterfront (leading to the colder seas of Sea Point and Camps Bay areas) and the warm beach front (Muizenberg, Kalk Bay etc.) The apartment has a separate and completely private entrance and includes a small private garden with an outdoor dining area. Enjoy!

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Outside there are views of the lush garden, salt water pool and glimpses of Table Mountain. The sheltered deck is a comfortable spot to enjoy the afternoon sun.

White Cottage, Bishopscourt

Our cottage is situated in the heart of leafy Bishopscourt. 2,1km from Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and 1,6km from Cavendish Square mall. The spacious 2 storey cottage consists of open plan kitchen / lounge, downstairs guest toilet, 2 bedrooms and outside space. We have a shared pool in our garden which guests are welcome to enjoy.

Our self catering small studio flat is set up for simple and functional living with minimal fuss. Tucked away off the street in our quiet little suburb, you will be sure to feel safe and undisturbed. We are an easy going family that love our dogs and adore our home. Anyone that stays can request dog visits and good vibes! :)
