The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

“unpostoaparte" è una grande casa in legno (Xlam) nella quale viviamo e nella quale abbiamo realizzato tre camere, ognuna con ingresso indipendente, che si affacciano sul mare della riserva marina del Plemmirio. Gli aromi delle piante del giardino mediterraneo con palme, capperi, gelsomino, menta, basilico e citronella mischiati alla brezza marina rendono l’aria frizzante e profumata, la riserva protetta è a pochi metri dalla stanza….

Nel cuore dell'area marina protetta del Plemmirio, villa indipendente di 90mq con piscina a sfioro infinito di 80mq, che offre una vista panoramica mozzafiato sulla costa siciliana dal Plemmirio sino a Capo Passero.
