The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. It’s a traditional hacienda style home with lots of shaded places to relax in the front garden and backyard pool areas. Located two blocks from many of San Pancho's best restaurants and taco stands, and three blocks from the beach, Casa Xochitl is both removed from, yet totally accessible to San Pancho culture, nightly music, great food, and community activities.

Come and enjoy life in this beautiful apartment, located just steps from the beach. Here you will find everything you need to spend your best vacations with family and friends. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. We have Jacuzzi, heated pool, gym and Ping Pong table. Located on the side of the condo, overlooking the garden, not the pool. We are on the second level, this apartment has an elevator and access for people with reduced mobility.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow has a private terrace, fully-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and cleaning service (Monday to Saturday). All requests to bring pets will be automatically denied.
