This brand-new flat is very well equipped with all modern comforts and boasts a master bedroom with sea view, king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The terrace has a cosy outdoor lounge, a dining area for 6 and spectacular views. Decorated with style, the apartment offers every modern comfort: smart TV, centralised air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, iron as well as a washer and dryer. Located on the first floor with elevator access, it is suited for familiies with young children, and even features a food mixer and a baby bed provided free of charge (just bring your baby sheets). Do you have a baby? the apartment has a cot. Please let us know in advance so that we can prepare it for you. There are 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for the guests to use. The apartment is North-West oriented, in winter the terrace does not get sun. There is heating/air conditioning throughout the flat. Please bring your beach towels — we provide bed linen and bath towels. For your convenience, there are kitchen and cleaning essentials (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, rubbish bags, sponges, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, detergent). • Guests are provided with 6 wristbands upon check-in. • All 6 wristbands must be left on the dining table upon departure.

The building is located next to the protected nature reserve of the Salinas de Marchamalo, where you can spot flamingos. In the evening you can see the lights of the buildings on La Manga. Te va a encantar, es un lugar tranquilo, dispone de una terraza con estupendas vistas al mar.. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas o familias (con hijos).
