But the highlight is the outdoor space. You have two terraces with sea views. The main one is a true extension of the home: 45 m² with a private jacuzzi, barbecue, pergola, dining table, and a chill-out area where you can lie back and gaze at the ocean. The second terrace is more secluded — ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a conversation while admiring the distant sea. Thanks to its three-sided orientation, the natural light changes the atmosphere from morning to evening. And when sunset comes, the terrace glows orange, the sea reflects in your eyes, and being in the jacuzzi at that moment is something you’ll remember. Always. Balconies and terraces: Hanging or drying clothes, towels, or other items on balconies and terraces is not permitted. Prohibited behavior and substances: Causing disturbances due to the misuse of drugs or other substances is prohibited. The sale or production of such substances within the complex and the building is also prohibited. Communal swimming pool: Please respect the pool rules. In particular, for safety reasons, glassware or glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. No smoking in communal areas: Spanish law prohibits smoking in enclosed communal areas (lifts, corridors, stairwells, bathrooms, etc.).
