A charming old townhouse, fully renovated to the highest standard, with stunning sea and mountain views from the 25 sqm terrace. The house is located just behind the main street, Calle Miguel, in the picturesque Old Town, just a stone's throw from the beautiful church at the square. The house is fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On the terrace, you'll find a dining table with chairs, sun loungers, and a lounge sofa for relaxing moments

Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. La casa. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.

Apartamento que consta de habitación con baño abierto de 23 m2 y salón de 20m2 separado de la habitación con sofa cama. Tiene una pequeña cocina recientemente reformada. Tiene un balcón privado con vistas al mar donde uno puede sentarse tranquilamente a disfrutar y relajarse. La casa está en pleno casco viejo pero no en las calles más transitadas. La entrada y salida se puede hacer por medio de lockbox, si no estoy en casa en ese momento no hay problema!

It has a beautiful balcony with an incredible view of the mountains and sea, perfect for a quick trip to the beach. It’s only 200 meters from the old town and 600 meters from the beach. Easy to park outside for free.

Renovado pero con un toque retro especial que esperamos os guste. Tiene una terracita ideal con vistas al casco antiguo. La que tiene vistas al mar (comunitaria) es estupenda para tomar el sol o lo que prefieras. Hasta pronto!

Muy cerca del mar, en un terreno de 1000 m. elevado desde el que disfrutar de la naturaleza y de unas vistas privilegiadas al Mediterraneo a través de amplios ventanales. Luz y color. Viejos olivos, buganvillas y adelfas. Todo muy sencillo. El único lujo que encontrarás es el que te proporcionarán tus sentidos. Por supuesto las mascotas son bienvenidas en la Finca NANKURUNAISA.
