It sits on a 3-acre, semi-private, lakefront lot with breathtaking views of the lake. Onsite amenities include kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, jon boat with trolling motor, lily pad, fire pit, tree house, large deck and private dock, indoor wood-burning fireplace and screened-in porch. Honeybee Cottage at Star's Hollow

Honeybee Cottage is located next to our own beach/lake & 140 acres of beautifully groomed public nature trails. It is creatively decorated & full of amenities, including a coffee/tea bar. Make use of the games/books/DVDs that are provided. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike or mountain bike in the trails, nap on the porch, fish for bluegills in our lake, race the pig, skip rocks/canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze the evening sky!

An awesome get away for families, friends and couples. Manhattan is a 20 min drive for city fun. We can accommodate up to 8 people upon request for an additional $20.00 per head per night.

The Milk House at Lucky Star Farm

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. We live on the property and will share front yard/driveway space. Your dogs are welcome on a leash. Ours will be as well.
