You will also have access to the detached garage to safely store your gear out of the elements.

Taste the 1800s in our western school house. Cowboy bunk-house style sleeping arrangement with 3 bunk beds. Also, an inviting kitchenette facility and spacious shower as well as solar lighting, USB charging ports, and a (modern) propane heater. Beautiful working ranch in south central Colorado with gorgeous mountain and ranch views. This is an old farmhouse that has been renovated several times over the years so there are some quirks. The middle bedroom has no access to a bathroom unless they are walking through one of the other bedrooms. You can choose the wood burning fireplace or furnace to heat your space.
