Die Wohnung "Max" hat einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Mikro/Grill, Geschirrspüler und Frühstückstisch, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Couch und eine eigene Terrasse. Genieße Whirlpool und Sauna mit Blick auf unsere Waldschafe oder verwöhne dich am Grill in der Outdoorküche!

It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Le Chateau Kungotaroo- studio apartment

A unique, tranquil and authentic Slovenian experience with some modern style. Soul to reset. A cute studio in a beautiful peaceful generational farm. With great views, abundance of nature, bike tracks at the door, organic food and only 20min bus ride to Maribor (bus stop is 5 min walk). 15 min drive to The Wine Rd which weaves through Slovenia and Austria. It's good for fam, couples, soloadventurers. Note that all guest are required to pay the tourist tax in cash of €2 per person per day

Baumhaus buchengrün ist ein toller Ort für eine Auszeit am Waldrand. Es ist umgeben von Bäumen, Wiesen, einer Feuerstelle und Tiergehegen. Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus bist du mit dem Auto in ca 20 Minuten an allen wichtigen Orten der Süd- und Oststeiermark, Graz und Slowenien. Auf die kleinen Gäste wartet ein sicherer Spielplatz mit Schaukel, Sandkasten, Tretfahrzeugen und einiges mehr für eine unbeschwerte Zeit abseits von Trubel und Lärm. Radfahrer haben direkten Anschluß an das Radwegnetz. Erholsame entspannende Waldspaziergänge direkt vom Haus weg lassen deine Seele aufatmen.

Diese gut geschnittene 50m² Wohnung befindet sich etwas außerhalb der Weinstadt Leibnitz, in der Südsteiermark. Genauer gesagt in einem ruhigen kleinen Dorf. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrparteienhaus mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen. Das Stadtzentrum Leibnitz ist zirka 15 min entfernt, die südsteirische Weinstraße zirka 30 min und zur Autobahn sind es lediglich 5 min. Perfekt für Alleinreisende oder Pärchen um eine schöne Zeit in der Südsteiermark zu verbringen.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Oldie goldie 3*, free parking

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
