The residence features a vast open-plan layout main space, an eclectic array of boutique furnishings, room length windows, a cozy fireplace, and expansive vistas. This contemporary condo is located in a beautifully renovated historic building. There is great attention to detail in both the furnishings and the decor. The condo is near everything yet is located in a beautiful park like setting. The floor plan is open and the kitchen is modern - with newer built in stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The 2 full baths are luxurious - utilizing granite tops, ceramic tile and high end fixtures. The kitchen/dining/living areas have beautiful hardwood floors while the 2 bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. There is a rooftop deck that is wonderful - access is via the elevator to the 5th floor - turn right off the elevator and take the stairs through the first door on the right (one flight). Access to the secured building is by keypad. A well appointed lobby welcomes you where an elevator awaits to take you to your 5th floor condo. I am available anytime from 7:00AM - 10:00PM for anything at all. I am available anytime after those hours above for emergencies. This area of Walnut Hills is adjacent to beautiful Eden Park and offers great proximity to downtown, numerous restaurants, and nightlife. There are also many scenic areas overlooking the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati. The METRO bus stop is located one block from the condo. The RED BIKE bike renting kiosk is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. Uber rides are about $3.00 to OTR and about $4.00 to Downtown and the sports stadiums. Please note that there is a binder that we have assembled that we have left on top of the desk in the condo. This binder showcases all of our recommended restaurants and sites - organized by neighborhood. Also - there is easy access to Eden Park if you walk to the public stairway just in front of the Beethoven Condos (the blue historic building on the corner of Sinton and Morris located across the street) There is a "Red Bike" kiosk for affordable bike rentals located at the bottom of the public stairs mentioned above.

After 15 years of working as a singer/songwriter and touring/recording musician, this home was the greatest and most beloved milestone of my young career. I spent my most inspiring creative musical hours here, along with warm sparkling spiced christmas parties and music jams with close friends. It began to feel like a gorgeous and grainy, old wooden instrument. Absorbing and resonating all the sweet sounds from almost 100 years past. I stayed true to the quirky squeak and creak- personality of this "old timer-charm" home, as a friend of mine would say. I hope with all my heart you enjoy it as well, like your favorite pair of beautifully weathered blue jeans. With all the new neighbors rushing into this newly booming area, the off street parking is becoming quite the luxury as well. Plug in and try out the instruments on the walls, if you're feeling inspired or even just curious. Walk to all the wonderful new foodie-approved joints close by. Sip your morning coffee on the sunny front deck or lounge on the spacious sectional sofa of this Cozy Industrial Cottage. The “Industrial” is a reference to the neighbourhood’s past & a funky metal feature wall in the living room is a nod to that history. The remaining decor is a charming mix of old & new with bedroom decor that soothes the senses. The Tree Room features restful green tones & wood elements while The Sea Room's relaxing aqua tones & seaside theme are sure to please. This duplex cottage is ideally suited for 4 guests but an additional 2 adults or children can be accommodated on an inflatable mattress provided and/or couch. If you have a larger party, rent both Unit B and C. The units share a large deck for outdoor relaxation and gatherings. There will be a lock box on site and an email prior to check in will be sent with lock box code We live just a few blocks away and can be available if problems or issues arise. This hip neighborhood is 6.4 miles from Bridgestone & the action-packed excitement of the downtown nightlife. An assortment of wonderful local dining options & coffee shops are available right in the immediate neighborhood. Approx. Uber rates are: airport $26, Bridgestone Arena - $15, Tootsie's & Broadway bars -$15. Note - Uber rates vary w demand, Ride Type & these are estimates only. (Drive time to downtown is between 10 - 15 min. based on traffic) Getting around is super easy with Uber and Lyft. A trip downtown will run between $7 to $10 and can be even cheaper if you select the "shared option" on Lyft. Also, Lime and Byrd Scooters are placed through-out the neighborhood for quick jaunts or just for fun. If you prefer to walk, The Nations has a good deal of sidewalks but they are not everywhere. You will likely want to take a really short Lyft or Uber to the brew pubs and coffee shops, though there is a corner store less than a block away that you can walk to to pick up sodas, beer, snacks etc. Bike rentals are also available nearby at Charlotte Avenue and 46th.

Lyft, Uber, Bird and Lime are all cheap and easy modes or travel. East Nashville is also very walkable with a grocery store, post office, coffee shop, restaurants, and more within a block or two.
