Completely furnished with comfort and style in mind. Our guest suite is ready for you to enjoy a relaxing visit to the Sierra Foothills. Privacy...Yes! You will have private parking, leading to a private stone stepway, arriving at a private entrance in addition to a spacious private brick patio to view the deer, turkeys and green hillside landscapes. And we're only minutes to Old Town Auburn restaurants, wine bars and shops. Hiking and biking trails nearby with water sports on Folsom Lake!

A private guest suite all to yourself!

A quiet spot in a private neighborhood, adjacent to nearby shops, including Starbucks, Safeway, and restaurants. This guest suite is completely separate from the main house, with a full-size living room, bedroom, and bathroom. A full size desk with desk chair offer a great work space. Unwind, curl up on the couch, or get a great nights sleep among the trees. Mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh-ground coffee, cream, & sugar) are in-suite. (Please be aware, we do not have a kitchen)

GUEST SUITE is a clean, beautiful, and fun space with a small deck and separate entrance just a few minutes walk down to the water at Rollins Lake. We have a beautiful yard and seasonal veggie garden and fantastic 360-degree views. Bring your kids and your water toys for a fun lake retreat. Ask about other accommodations available on our 30-acre property for extra guests. A Cabin and A Glamping Dome! 420 Friendly! We also have Lake Toy Rentals in Summer!! Boat, paddle boards, kayaks!

Only a 10-minute walk to downtown, historic Placerville, with its variety of ethnic restaurants/bars, quaint shopping, art studio’s, live local music, microbreweries & even a local yoga studio. Close to lovely historic parks, & 15 minutes from several nearby wineries, amid the El Dorado foothills wine country. Enjoy river rafting, hiking trails & consider visiting the local lakes, rivers or a casual, 55-minute drive to Lake Tahoe for the day!

Little Red Barn

Welcome to our Little Red Barn in rural Loomis. We love this area because we are surrounded by hundreds of destinations worth exploring. Whether you're interested in CA history, white water rafting, lazy lake days, skiing in Tahoe, farm to fork, or fine dining, then our Little Red Barn is a perfect jumping off location. Our barn features a completely remodeled guest suite located on the second floor. The suite has a private entrance and deck overlooking our but growing mini farm.

Majestic View Retreat, Nevada City

Enjoy the view of the snow capped Sierras while soaking in the hot tub, reading on the private porch, or sitting next to the cozy fireplace indoors. Private, secluded Guest Suite with private entrance. A new kitchenette has been added for convenient cooking. Play a game of shuffleboard or sip a glass of wine while sitting by the outdoor fire pit. Our home is nestled under a canopy of conifers next door to the Tahoe National Forest and only a 5 minutes drive to downtown Nevada City.

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the upper level. The Manzanita Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.

Ranch Guest Suite

Peaceful, quiet and private guest house on 20 acres near the town of Penn Valley in Nevada County, California. Our place has a remote feel but is only 25 minutes from Grass Valley. This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave and a hot plate on request.

The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.

We're 10-15 mins drive to the Roseville Mall, Thunder Valley Casino, Fountains surrounded by restaurants, shops, boutiques, and Whole Foods. Walking distance to the Wood-creek Golf-course, Nugget Market, Safeway, Raley's grocery stores.

Enjoy the charm of historic Nevada City (5 min drive), hike on the nearby trails, take in the beauty of the Yuba river (20 mins away), then relax in the hot tub under a million stars in an evergreen forest... Comfy 1-bedroom guest suite in lower level of our mountain-style home with private entrance. Includes kitchenette, bathroom with shower, exclusive use of hot tub (on open deck) and firepit (wood provided).

Close to parks, wineries, breweries, downtown Lincoln and the Casino, it is centrally located with access to lots of different types of activities!
