Nestled between rocks and trees, this cozy, modern cottage will make your stay unforgettable. Although the home is in the center of Three Rivers (you can even walk to the candy store and the Riverview), it totally feels secluded, since it is located on a private road. Relax on the patio after a day in the park, or settle on the couch to watch your favorite show on the smart tv. We offer good wifi and a desk for those of you needing to work. The bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed.

Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance! The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and, a 60 ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

Welcome to Hacienda de las Rosas, retreat, and home of Hacienda Happy Tails, an Animal Sanctuary. We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
