Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Back yard is shared with other guest and has several sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. You’ll love my place because of a quiet location on a small cul de sac. Easy access in and out of community, near the entrance. My place is good for families (with kids).
