1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. My dog Colby, a friendly Australian Shepherd, lives upstairs with me.

The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.
