This house offers the ultimate experience for the value of your money offering the most squares per person from all the villas in the region, en-suite bedrooms, ensured parking,3 floors -4 furniture terrace and an amazing breathless panoramic view over 3 islands and one peninsula. We have located only a 5-minute walk from the pebble beaches,restaurants and grocery store.

We are a small family of 4 living in a 3 floor house with 7 modern, fully equipped apartments. While we rent the two upper floors, we live on the lowest floor and are always available if you need anything. We are located in the village of Pisak, a peaceful, stress-free place, made for relaxation and family vacation. We have a private beach (only for our guests and family) and with it provide natural water, showers, electricity, barbecue, pantry for beach supplies, as well as 2 berths for boats.

Sit back and relax in this peaceful accommodation with a fantastic sea view. The accommodation is located 130 meters from the beach in the charming village of Pisak. Pisak, once a fishing village, is known for its wonderful pebble beaches and crystal-clear water. The proximity to larger tourist destinations such as Omis, Makarska, and Split makes this accommodation very appealing. Here you can combine peaceful relaxing days with interesting day trips or evening outings in the surrounding area.

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Miramare, First row, Pisak, near Makarska

Pisak is a small place between Omiš and Makarska. Just 45 minutes from Split. The house is located in the first row, no houses in front, amazing view of the Adriatic sea, 30 seconds from the first beach, crystal clear sea, 5 minutes from the local grocery store, 4 minutes to the first of two restaurants and a bar. It's a beautiful place to escape from reality, but only for the fit (a lot of stairs). Outdoor shower. The house is comfortable. Quiet place, away from the main road, no car noise.

Private parking, vicinity of grocery store and restaurant, 15 mins driving from the town of Omis and 10 min driving from Brela, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.
