Location, Location, Location near all attractions

This is a poolside in-law apartment with a full kitchen, bedroom, full bath & a living room located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in an upper scale part of town. It has a king size bed & will accommodate 2 adults comfortably. This in-law apartment is an addition that was built onto the back of our home. We live in the main house. The apartment is closed off from the our main house and has it's own main entrance so it is private. So, you will have the apartment all to yourselves.

NOT a heated pool. Wheelchairs are fine. Driveway Entry gate 39"- Breezeway to Ramp entrance 32"- Slider Entrance 33"-Bedroom door 35"-Shower (no step) 35"-Laundry 32"-Closet 35"-Queen bed 31". We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests do not have issues. Grab bars in the bathroom.

We LOVE hosting! Think of us as friends you’re staying with, but haven’t met yet. We are happy to interact, but also happy to remain out of sight to ensure your privacy. We live in the master (on OTHER SIDE w/own bath) when not traveling and we DO use kitchen. Everything else is exclusive to you! You get plenty of space & PRIVACY. Photos represent YOUR space (we use kitchen too, but rest is exclusive) If you’re not comfortable with on-site host w/kitchen usage, we aren’t right choice.

This space is a mother-in-law suite, completely private from the main house, accessible through a private entrance outside and entering through the garage. THIS IS NOT THE ENTIRE HOUSE! There is a queen size bed... perfect for a couples getaway! It is conveniently located about 15 min. from OIA and 5 min. from downtown Orlando. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub with stunning sunset views of across the lake... so peaceful and you feel like you are in a resort

Luxe Guesthouse w/Pool/Hot tub-Near Rollins/UCF

This luxury guesthouse (on the same property as our main house but they are completely separate) is a hidden oasis conveniently located in the middle of downtown Winter Park (Rollins College/Full Sail) and UCF. It's roughly 10 minutes to each. Close to 417 expressway (toll road) so you can easily get around to the other areas of Orlando. Note: The guesthouse is 35 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport.

LAKEFRONT STUDIO APARTMENT (private entrance)

This studio apartment is located in the lower level of our home and is perfect for one or two people. It has a private entrance, a king bed, overlooks the pool and the lake with views of downtown Orlando. Please note there is no kitchen, but there is a wetbar with microwave and mini fridge. In addition to the indoor shower, there is also a outdoor shower and a dock with canoe. Please also note the inside ceiling height is lower than average at 6'3”.
