Punkin's Place is newly renovated with modern conveniences, but keeps the feel of family history. It sits on a one-acre lot with beautiful shade trees. We offer a fenced in sitting area in the back with a fire pit for relaxing. We are just a block off the square and its restaurants, shops, and putt-putt golf. It is two miles to Crater of Diamonds State Park, six miles to beautiful Lake Greeson and SWAHA Marina, one mile to KA-DO-HA Indian burial mounds and the Little Missouri River.

The interior is totally remodeled with all new appliances.A large open hearth room/ kitchen and dining room combination. The kitchen has an 8’ eat on bar. Utility room with a built in ironing board and iron. Just 2 miles out of the Nashville city limits. A totally relaxing experience.

The Barn in Kirby AR

This home is located just on the outskirts of Kirby, AR. It is central to all the local activities. It is just a 15 min drive to Murfreesboro, and 19 min to the Diamond Mine. The nearest boat ramp is just 6 min up the road. It is also just a 15 min drive to Glenwood if you choose to float the Caddo River. If you choose to stay in the Barn it is plenty spacious for the family with family friendly activities. Or kick back on patio and enjoy the view!
