Enjoy a walkout downstairs apartment which includes a LR, additional seating area w/sleeper sofa, BR w/king bed, bathroom, dining room, kitchenette, small patio space, private entrance, & parking. It is best suited for 2 adults, but can accommodate 2 more guests (13 and over) w/sleeper sofa. Dollywood is 4 miles, GSMN park is about 12, and Pigeon Forge is 2. No pets.

Located near: 10 miles to Gatlinburg, 5 miles to Dollywood, 5 miles to Tanger Outlet Mall, 12 miles to National Park and 30 miles to Clingmans Dome.

Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).

The property is close to all major attractions, & is within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo is located directly across from the pool/hot tub and adjacent to the lobby where you can help yourself to complimentary hot beverages.
