Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στους πρόποδες του Ολύμπου, σε ήρεμη τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα του βουνού και της θάλασσας. Αποτελείται από τρεις ορόφους υπόγειο, ισόγειο και πρώτο όροφο. Ο χώρος που νοικιάζεται βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο. Περιλαμβάνει 3 υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο/WC , ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι και σαλόνι με μπαρ.
