The house has 2 Queen size beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), 2 King size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and 1 single bed (90 cm x 2.00 m) and is ideal for two families. 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 1 playcorner, 2 balconies, 1 big terrace. . Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στους πρόποδες του Ολύμπου, σε ήρεμη τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα του βουνού και της θάλασσας. Αποτελείται από τρεις ορόφους υπόγειο, ισόγειο και πρώτο όροφο. Ο χώρος που νοικιάζεται βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο. Περιλαμβάνει 3 υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο/WC , ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι και σαλόνι με μπαρ. Για την είσοδο  στον ενοικιαζόμενο χώρο υπάρχει ανοιχτή εσωτερική σκάλα που επικοινωνεί με τον διάδρομο της εξώπορτας του ισογείου.(Ο ιδιοκτήτης διαμένει σε κάποια από τα δωμάτια του ισογείου)

Πραγματικά το σπίτι είναι μια διόροφη μεζονέτα από τις δυο που υπάρχουν σε οικόπεδο 1200 τ.μ με πολύ πράσινο και πισίνα.Βρίσκεται σε ωραία τοποθεσία 300 μόλις μέτρα από μια υπέροχη παραλία σπίτι απέχει περίπου 800 μέτρα από το κέντρο του κοσμοπολίτικου Πλαταμώνα.Υπάρχουν πολλά αξιοθέατα να δείτε εκεί κοντά όπως αρχαιολογικούς χώρους,παραδοσιακά χωριά παραθαλάσσια και ορεινά στον Όλυμπο το βουνό των θεών.
