NF land is ~1/4 mi away; elk and deer are often seen nearby. 3 hot tubs, 3 pools, 2 saunas, golf, and 19 tennis courts are nearby.

Most importantly, there are plenty of beds for the whole family! This home offers a shaded backyard with a nice patio for your summer BBQ’s.

This cozy cabin is a great getaway. It is riding distance to hiking and mountain bike trails and is 10 miles from Sun Valley's skiing and mountain biking. The private setting provides a quiet and serene place to relax and is blocks from downtown Hailey. Fully fenced yard with city park to the west and north of the property. We have 2 cruiser bikes, 2 pair of snowshoes and a small barbeque available. Not suitable for toddlers and young children. Campers and camping are not allowed.

Sip your coffee and watch the sun rise from the porch or rise early and explore all this area has to offer. Plenty of parking for your ORV or horse trailers.

The entire upstairs of our house is yours! Your space has a locked off, private entrance (we live downstairs in a separate area). Includes 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private living area, one full bath, mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, washer/dryer, and small private outside space. 5-10 min drive to the Sun Valley airport. Perfect base to experience world-renowned skiing, hiking, biking, and fishing.
