For any tourist visiting any upstate New York attractions, or simply looking for home away from home, this is your place! Two camera are installed; One in front entrance and one in the back. Want to be walking distance from town but still feel like you’re in the woods? Want the amenities of home while you’re away from home? Look no further! Right on the edge of West Carthage (Champion) mostly surrounded by woods and farmland you’ll find this cabin still within a half mile of two grocery stores, two gas stations, and three fast food places. Also less than 8 miles from the airfield gate for anyone looking to visit Ft Drum and roughly 20 mins to Watertown.

This newly constructed home boasts quality throughout. Radiant Floor Heat, Air Conditioning, Ground Level no steps at front door, and close to Ft. Drum's main gate & Black River Trail. Attached garage has a locking door, and is shared-use with some of our family’s construction materials. We will occasionally access the garage to add or remove things stored there.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This cottage right on Indian River is great for unwinding or fishing and kayaking and taking in a great view. One bedroom with a king bed and upstairs loft with 2 queen beds. There is an eat in kitchen and livingroom and bathroom. This has a huge deck and a really nice firepit. Very private and quiet.
