A lovely, character filled one-bed garden flat located on a quiet street off Lewes Road, a 5-10 min walk from vibrant North Laine. A lovely spacious front room, and front and back gardens for catching some sun. Please note, we have two cats that may be in the house during your stay and need some feeding (depending on how long you’re staying) - they come and go as they please and love cuddles! We also have two hens in the garden, who won't need any looking after, but may give you an egg or two

The Studio is very pretty & secluded so you feel that is nothing else around you ,it's so peacefull & quiet .when you enter inside you have a fully fitted kitchen with all amenities with washer dryer ,aside the kitchen is a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower soft towels ,toilet & basin,the living area has comfortable armchairs & a wall bed with beautifully linen & tastefully decorated white walls ,there is also a log fire which is supplied with logs for the winter.

It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.
