The house is within a quiet internal courtyard, with private parking (front patio). It offers a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a cosy living room with sofa bed. The bathroom has a newly fitted washer-dryer. To note, the heating system is a pellet (wood) burner only, and so rentals are in spring, summer or early autumn.

The property is a small organic-farm isolated in the forest The road is bumpy. You get there by car (not low cars) , on foot or by bicycle. The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Mettiamo a disposizione un monolocale di circa 20 mq situato al piano terra di un rustico ristrutturato, con ingresso indipendente, composto da cucina attrezzata (frigo, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno, microonde, stoviglie,...), tavolo con 6 sedie, divano letto che può diventare matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Grande giardino con ampio portico. Posizione centrale in paese, dista 8 km da Pordenone.
