The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

The cabin is located a short distance (~0.25 miles) from Dead Lake. The property is located 7 miles from Durand, WI, and 14 miles from Pepin, WI. Durand is based along the Chippewa River and provides all the necessities for your stay.
