Station Approach

First-floor apartment in Deganwy with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & living space with views over the River Conwy. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite with a bath & separate shower. This room features a double bed & a small dressing table, along with built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed or 2 smaller singles (zip-&-link) depending on your needs, & a single wardrobe. Free roadside parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that the en-suite bathroom is down a few stairs.

Kitchen area is fully equipped if you choose to eat in. Great base to explore: 5-10 mins to beaches; fabulous walks; zoo; local shops; and plenty of tourist attractions within a 20 min drive. It is a newly built two bedroom apartment. The property has two double bedrooms, a lounge with a large screen tv, dining area, kitchen and a lovely family bathroom. There is free off road parking for one car and free parking on the road outside the property with no time restrictions.
