Nestled in a private residential community with waterway access. Take a short 7 minute walk to the community pier in the morning with a warm cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. A free public ramp is just 10 minutes away where you can put in and then head to the community pier with your boat or jet ski. At night enjoy a nice bonfire in your backyard. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.
