Das Eckhaus liegt abseits des Örtchens Poulithra, Arkadien, ohne Durchgangsverkehr und ist 60 Meter Fussweg vom wunderschönen Strand der Agios Georgios Bucht entfernt. Βρίσκεται στον ιστορικό οικισμό της Αλωνίσταινας στο υψόμετρο των 1220 μέτρων 10 km μακριά από την Βυτίνα και 20 km από το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο του Μαινάλου. Το κτίσμα είναι πέτρινο με ξύλινα παραδοσιακά στοιχεία και το εν λόγω σπίτι είναι στον πρώτο όροφο, με θέα στον ποταμό Ελισσώνα. Η παραδοσιακή διακόσμηση σε συνδυασμό με την φυσική ομορφιά της περιοχής δημιουργούν ένα ξεχωριστό κλίμα χαλάρωσης στον επισκέπτη.

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.
