The upper deck is great for sunning or enjoying the views and below is great for parking ur boat, fishing and swimming. We have a kamado Joe grill for smoking, roasting or grilling and a gas grill for convenience. Great screened in porch for times the bugs are out. Our house us pet friendly as well. No parties. We don’t charge cleaning fees or have checkout chores.

Baths: 1 full, a jack and jill (2 toilets & 2 sinks, one shower), and 1 half bath. Pool is open mid-April through mid-October, depending on weather.
