This sanctuary has all the creature comforts of home, including a full kitchen, walk-in closet, and record player. The backyard features a fire pit and comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning hill country sunsets surrounded by song birds, bunny rabbits, and deer. The area feels much more remote than it is. There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.
