Brookhampton Road Farm - Southwest Luxury Farmstay

Brookhampton Road Farm, as seen in Country Style, Wander Magazine & Ele Home. The Farmhouse is a restored 1940’s fruit pickers rest, where every detail has been thoughtfully preserved. Sunlight spills through original sash windows, antique doors hold quiet stories, and the clawfoot bathtub invites you to linger. A stay here feels like a glass of wine by the fire. A well earned shower. Crisp linens, the scent of fresh bread, and plum harvest jam waiting in the kitchen. A slow, meaningful stay.

Bush cottage retreat

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a porta cot is available for a baby. Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to a beach. Ample parking for caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

Only about 10 minutes from the bike trails, there is plenty to do with several wineries and breweries in the area also. Bunbury, Donnybrook and Collie are all within 30 minutes away.

There are two king beds or a king and two singles - please specify your preference on booking, a bathroom and separate powder room. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. Relax at home or explore the surrounding wineries, local pub, towns of the Blackwood River Valley region, bike tracks and hiking trails. Donnybrook is just 17km north for all your supplies.
